Saba Ahmad has 20 years of experience litigating in Ontario and New York. She represents business people, community groups, and individuals seeking redress through the courts or alternative dispute resolution. Saba opened her own legal firm in 2013 to cultivate a practice that reflects her progressive values.
In 2020, Saba was appointed Chair of Escarpment Biosphere Conservatory, Inc., the largest charitable land trust focused on preserving wilderness in Ontario. Saba also serves on the non-profit board of Transit Alliance, and has regularly served as an executive member of sections of the Ontario Bar Association since 2012. She is presently the Secretary for Civil Litigation and Co-Editor of the newsletter for the Constitutional, Civil Liberties, and Human Rights section.
